Rigged provides an online marketplace that allows Users to buy and sell gaming hardware and related products.
Unless a listing expressly states that Rigged is the Seller, Rigged does not own, hold, warehouse or sell the goods listed on the marketplace. The contract for the purchase of an item is between the Buyer and the Seller identified on the relevant listing and order.
Rigged provides technology and services that facilitate transactions, including accounts, identity checks, checkout, payment processing, shipping-label generation and order-management tools.
Sellers are responsible for the products they list and for ensuring their listings are accurate.
Sellers are required to have the right to sell their items and must accurately describe their condition, photographs and known faults.
Rigged may provide systems intended to reduce marketplace risk, but we cannot guarantee that every listing will be completely accurate or that every item will meet a Buyer’s expectations.
Buyers should carefully review the listing, photographs, description, condition and Seller information before purchasing.
Sellers are required to complete identity verification before selling through Rigged.
Identity verification is a risk-reduction and accountability measure. A verified Seller should not be interpreted as being endorsed, approved or guaranteed by Rigged.
Identity verification does not guarantee that every User, listing or item is genuine or lawful.
Payments made through Rigged are processed through Stripe.
Rigged facilitates the payment process but paying for an order does not mean that the Seller immediately receives the funds in their bank account. Seller payout eligibility is subject to the applicable inspection period, order status and any valid refund request, dispute, fraud review or other hold.
Stripe, banks, verification processes and risk controls may also affect how long a payout takes to reach a Seller after it becomes eligible for release.
Goods purchased through Rigged are transported by independent delivery carriers. Rigged is not a courier and does not hold Seller stock while it is in transit.
Tracking information is supplied by the relevant carrier or shipping provider, and stated delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees.
Rigged is not responsible for carrier delays or other losses outside our reasonable control, subject to any responsibility that applicable law places on us.
Rigged provides measures intended to reduce the risks associated with marketplace transactions, including Seller identity verification, tracked shipping and a 72-hour inspection process.
These measures do not constitute a guarantee that every User or item is genuine, lawful, fault-free or as expected.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting their item after delivery and reporting an eligible problem through Rigged within the applicable inspection window.

Rigged relies on independent third-party services to provide parts of the marketplace.
These include services involved in payments, identity verification, shipping and parcel tracking. Our existing policies identify Stripe for payments and connected accounts, and Shippo and relevant carriers for shipping and tracking.
Rigged does not control every aspect of services operated independently by third parties. Their services may also be subject to their own terms, policies and availability.
Users must not attempt to bypass Rigged by arranging payment outside the marketplace or attempting to avoid applicable marketplace fees.
Transactions or payments arranged outside Rigged are outside Rigged’s marketplace transaction process and should not be treated as transactions completed through Rigged.
Users should keep eligible transactions, payments and order issues within the processes provided by Rigged.
Any automated assistant provided through Rigged is an automated service. It is not a person, does not provide legal advice and does not make final decisions about disputes.
Users should use Rigged’s appropriate order or support process when dealing with an actual transaction problem.
Information provided through Rigged is intended to assist Users in using the marketplace and should not be treated as professional legal, financial or technical advice.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Subject to applicable law, Rigged is responsible for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of our obligations. We are not responsible for losses outside our reasonable control. Responsibility for goods listed and sold through the marketplace sits with the Seller, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this Disclaimer, or any other Rigged policy, removes statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where a Seller is acting as a trader, applicable consumer protections may include rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
